How do mobile wedding bars work for Chicago weddings?
A wedding mobile bar brings a professional bartending experience directly to your venue. Our team manages the bar setup, prepares cocktails, and serves guests throughout the celebration while you provide the alcohol. This allows couples to create a customized bar experience at Chicago wedding venues that may not even have a built-in bar.
How much does a mobile bar service cost for a wedding in Chicago?
Pricing varies based on duration, guest count and other details. Minimum investment for bar services tends to start at $750 for smaller weddings. Request a quote for more specifics!
Do we provide the alcohol for a mobile wedding bar, or do you supply it?
Technically, you provide the alcohol. But our Alcohol Concierge Service puts together the alcohol order for you, and facilitates its delivery and pick up of leftovers. It’s easy, and saves you money! If you’d prefer, we can provide you with a recommended “shopping list” instead.
How many bartenders do we need for our wedding guest count?
Our recommendation may vary, but we recommend 1 bartender for up to every ~50 guests.
What does a mobile wedding bar package typically include?
From the physical mobile bar setup to all the basics (cocktail ingredients, cups, napkins, straws, ice, etc.), we’ve got you covered! We have some great wedding add ons, like custom napkins, menus and guest giveaways. Contact us with any specific questions.
Can we create signature cocktails for our wedding bar?
Yes! Whether you choose a cocktail from our Original unMuddled Cocktail Menu or you work with our Chief Cocktail Nerd to craft something completely custom, all of our weddings have a unique cocktail element.
How much alcohol do we need?
Our Alcohol Concierge service will help recommend exactly how much alcohol to provide. We’ll even help get your alcohol order delivered (and any leftovers picked up and refunded!)
Do you serve coffee?
Yes! From a late-night espresso cocktails to self-serve hot & cold brew coffee carts, we’ve got your caffeine needs covered. Check out our coffee catering options.
Do you serve non-alcoholic options?
Of course! Most of our wedding cocktail menus feature at least 1 option that can be made non-alcoholic, yet still taste complex and worth the trip to the bar.
