What to know and expect
First time booking a mobile coffee bar for an event? We’re here to help!
How much does unMuddled coffee bar services cost?
Pricing varies based on duration, guest count and other details. Minimum investment for bar services tends to start at $750 for smaller events. Request a quote for more specifics!
Do you offer regular lattes?
While we can serve “regular” lattes and common coffee drinks, our niche is in our featured specialty coffee “cocktails” (with or without alcohol).
Can you print images and logos on top of drinks?
Yes, thanks for asking! We have a really cool on-demand drink printer that prints images, logos and sayings on top of any frothy drink.
Do you need power?
Yes – Let’s chat about the power needs for your event, including portable generator options (if necessary).
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, and we’ll be happy to provide you with a Certificate of Insurance! Just let us know the requirements, if applicable.
Is alcohol included?
Technically, no. But our Alcohol Concierge Service puts together the alcohol order for you, and facilitates its delivery and pick up of leftovers. It’s easy, and saves you money! If you’d prefer, we can provide you with a recommended “shopping list” instead.
Can we combine regular cocktails and coffee drinks at our event?
For sure! We can feature a coffee cocktail(s) as part of our Private Event or Corporate Gatherings specialty cocktail menu, and/or add on a hot and/or cold brewed coffee bar. Let’s chat to figure out the best fit!
Where do you source your coffee beans? How do you brew your coffee?
We’re proud to source our coffee and espresso beans from Metropolis Coffee! All beans are freshly roasted, just for your event. Our espresso is pulled fresh on-site, our cold brew is made in-house, and our hot coffee is brewed on-site in small batches.
